Our Future
Youth programming makes up the majority of DCCS activities. With their caregivers, infants and toddlers experience important developmental concepts in Kindermusik. Children and youth discover their voices and collective joy by singing in choir and performing musical theatre. We celebrate diversity among our youth, and encourage individual interests. We're building the leaders of tomorrow by providing them with meaningful learning experiences today.
Community of Volunteers
Always open to new partnerships, DCCS members are routinely out in the community volunteering at fundraisers, celebrations, and ceremonies. We believe that a strong community is made up of strong leaders, and the best leaders lead by example. Whether it's our Choir for Hire, an event concession, bottle drive, parade, or outreach event, you'll know it's DCCS by our energetic, friendly, and passionate volunteers.
Sustainable Engagement
We recognize that the land on which we gather and do business is the traditional territory known as Treaty 8. We're dedicated to working with our partners toward a healthy and vibrant region. We believe in the possibility of a long-term sustainable singing culture in our community and region, and seek to ensure access to resources that reduce existing barriers for participation in our programs.

We know that what makes the DCCS so great is our members and our network of corporate partners and funders. We work to provide outlets for youth creativity and cooperation, and recreation opportunities for adults. Your generosity and investment in our events and programs is what makes all of this possible. We couldn’t do this work or reach as many people in our area as we do, were it not for our wonderful sponsors, funding partners, audiences, and private patrons. We’re committed to building fun and positive fundraising opportunities for our members, and we’re always looking for volunteers to help with various events throughout the year.
