For choir and musical theatre programs, please complete our 2017-18 Registration Form or print and scan the Non-fillable PDF and email to caitlyn[at]dcchoralsociety.org 

For choir and musical theatre progarms, full-year prices are $250 and four-month terms are $140. Our registration fees cover basic operations of each program, including a portion toward venue rental, music rental or performance rights, program and concert advertisement, and instructor compensation. All capital purchases, special events, competition fees, and concert expenses are paid for by ticket sales, fundraising efforts, project grants, and donations to the Society. This year, we are requiring a $50/term volunteer commitment in the form of post-dated cheques. This amount can be worked off by members donating their time (rate of $20/hr), professional expertise (industry standard rates), or equivalent sales or in-kind donations. We encourage all members to play an active role in the effort to keep our programs affordable while maintaining a high level of artistic production.

Registration also ensures voting membership to the Dawson Creek Choral Society for one adult, for one year beginning on the date of payment. Membership entitles you to a vote in any general meetings of the Society, as well as access to member appreciation events and workshops put on by DCCS.

Payments can be made by cash or cheque by mail or when you come to rehearsal, by using our PayPal buttons below, or sending an e-Transfer (see instructions on the registration form). Please be advised that, unless there are extenuating circumstances discussed with the Board of Directors, there will be no refunds on any program registrations.


Assistance to families in need: Available upon request to our the Dawson Creek Choral Society Board of Directors. You can also find the Dawson Creek Arts and Wellness Fund which offers assistance to youth ages 0 to 24 to participate in local arts programs. Please contact us if you require any assistance.


IMPORTANT: If you are using PayPal, please click the option to Add special instructions to seller to include the program you are registering for and the name of the person registered (if different than the person paying). This will ensure that we can connect your payment to the correct registration form. Please be aware that there is a $7 surcharge on all PayPal transactions to cover vendor fees.
