At every stage of development, the Kindermusik curriculum is designed to give children the opportunity to grow in not only their musical abilities, but also in other crucial learning areas including cognition and executive function, social and emotional capacity, creativity, physical literacy, language, reading, and logic. Each class features musical routines, movement, singing, rhyming, and child-caregiver bonding. We engage your child’s mind and senses during the years most critical to their development.

Classes are 45-minutes long, offered in 4-week units on a continual monthly subscription, or in 14-week terms. All families who enroll receive Digital Home Materials with their registration. Because of the progressive nature of each unit, this program is not available for drop-in. However, all new families are encouraged to attend a commitment-free class to make sure that Kindermusik is a good fit. We recognize that every family is at a different stage in their journey, and we will do as much as possible to accommodate your individual needs.

Levels 3 and 4 are unparented classes. Caregivers are encouraged to join the class at the beginning until children are comfortable, and then adults return for the final 15 minutes of class for a Sharing Time.

Our program features 6 levels of Kindermusik classes. Fees are $65.00 per month ($42.00 for additional siblings) or $195.00 per 14-week term ($126.00 for additional siblings). A $10.00 membership fee will be charged upon registration if your family does not already hold a current membership. When you enroll, you will also receive access to the Members-Only page on the website which provides support and ongoing news about DCCS activities.

If fees are ever a concern or a burden for families, please consider applying to the Dawson Creek Arts and Wellness Fund
